ENTRY FEE SUPPORT

  • AUD 500.-
    without a lift (shuttle service)

    with a lift (shuttle service) from start to finish each day

CANCELLATION

  • The following policy applies to registrations where the full entry is paid at once: Cancellation before the 1st May 2020 you have the 2 option: entry fee paid is refunded (less 20 % processing fee) or will be transferred to the Croc Trophy 2021 (less 10 %). Cancellation after 1st of May 2020: the entry fee paid (less 10 %) will be transferred to the Croc Trophy 2021.

     

     

SPECIAL PAYMENT OPTION: PAY IN 2 INSTALLMENTS

There is the option to pay the entry fee in two installments. When registering, select the box “I want to pay in two installments” on the entry form. The entry fee (excluding any additional items like accommodation) can be payed in two installments as follows:

  • 50 % when you sign up, the remaining 50 % by 15/09/2020 at the latest.
  • If you cancel before 01/10/2020, the amount of the first 50 % payment can be transferred in full to a next edition.
  • If you cancel after 01/10/2020 or haven’t paid the second installment by that date at all, the first installment will not be transferred nor refunded.

Below an overview of the entry fees and packages as well as the general cancellation policy.

THE PRICE INCLUDES

  • CAMPING
    during the event from 17th till 24th of October
    (set up your own tent and save the extra accommodation)

     

  • BREAKFAST
    from 18th to 24th of October (6am-7am)
    includes cereals, jam, bread, spreads, cheese, ham, eggs, fresh fruit, tea and coffee.

     

  • LUNCH
    from 17th to 24th of October (1pm–3pm)
    includes, bread, ham, cheese, fresh fruits and pasta.

     

  • DINNER
    from 17th to 23rd of October (6pm–7pm)
    includes, salads, pasta, rice or potatoes, red or white meat or fish and fresh fruits.

     

  • FEEDING STATIONS
    Each depot provides energy drinks, muesli bars and fruits.

  • LUGGAGE TRANSPORT
    luggage, tent and spare wheels during the event

     

  • MACHANICAL SERVICE
    will be open from 7am in the morning until 8pm in the evening.

    from Port Douglas to Cairns on 24th of October.

     

  • THE CROCODILE FINISHER TROPHY
    only for FINISHER!

     

     

     

     

  • MEDICAL SERVICE
    Medical service from 7am until 7pm. A medical tent will be situated at the camp to take care for wounded treatments, injuries, etc. Emergency service are available at all times. Mobile medical support during the race by 4×4 vehicle or side by sides. Basic service are free of charge, medication for pre-existing illness and ailments will be charged. Strapping will be charged as well. Riders who require daily strapping are welcome to bring their own consumables.
    Emergency number will be pronounced in the tour program. Riders and supporters must please save this number on their own phones in case of medical emergency
    All riders must complete their medical details and get it signed by a medical doctor.
